Mexican Grill Set To Open New Location

Missing the smell of fresh made tortillas and sweet pork barbacoa in Fairfax County? Not for long.

A top rated Mexican restaurant will be opening in the county later this month.

Café Rio Mexican Grill, which is currently located in Manassas and Falls Church, will be opening their newest location at 6003 Burke Center Parkway in Burke, Va., on May 30th.

“Joining the Burke community is an exciting honor for us,” states Bob Baker, President and CFO of Cafe Rio Mexican Grill. He went on to say, “We’ve received great support from our customers and the local community.”

The Burke location will bring the restaurant count to 50 total locations nationwide providing many job opportunities to its local markets.

Residents and guests are invited to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on May 30th at 10:00 a.m.

According to the National Restaurant Association, 66 percent of adults say that their favorite restaurant foods are those that provide flavors and tastes that they cannot easily duplicate in their own kitchens. At Extra Virgin restaurant, they couldn’t agree more, noting that what brings their customers back time and again, in addition to the atmosphere, is taste sensations that most people would find difficult to duplicate at home.
